Which devices need a subscription or service plan?
Miaulo Guard needs a paid service plan, from $9.99 per month.
The Miaulo Pulse subscription is not included in the collar price. The guide price for the first annual plan is $300.00, so collar and plan together come to $599.00.
The core virtual fence of Miaulo Horizon works without a plan. An optional plan adds tracking features.
What does Miaulo Select need for the app?
App features need a separate hub, which is not included with the feeder. The hub connects to your router by Ethernet and works with up to 10 compatible devices. You put food in the bowl by hand; the feeder controls who can reach it.
Is litter included with the automatic litter boxes?
Miaulo Open is supplied without litter. It needs clumping litter with granules up to 3 mm in diameter and 10 mm long. Miaulo Vision uses compatible clumping litter and comes with a bagging consumable.
Can kittens use the automatic litter boxes?
For a kitten under 1 kg, use Miaulo Open in kitten mode with automatic cleaning off. Miaulo Vision’s automatic mode is not for kittens younger than six months or lighter than 1.5 kg.
Can a Passage pet door go in a wall?
Yes, with the separate wall tunnel option. The listed price covers installation in a door with mains power, without the backup battery. Cut the opening only to the drawing for your exact model.
How long does a roll last on Miaulo Roll Home?
A roll lasts for about 21 full advances. How long that takes depends on how often your dog uses it. Automatic modes need Wi-Fi; the manual button works without internet.
Will a GPS collar keep my dog inside the boundary?
A virtual boundary needs setup and consistent training, and it does not guarantee that every dog stays inside. It does not replace training and supervision near roads.
Are the health readings and camera analytics a diagnosis?
No. Miaulo Pulse data and the camera analytics of Vision, Roll Home and Roll Pro are for monitoring only. Use them to notice changes and discuss them with your vet.
What does the price include?
Prices are per unit, in US dollars, for the base configuration described on each product page. Accessories, consumables, hubs and service plans are paid separately unless they are listed as included.
